March was a busy month for us as we had lots of different projects to work on, both domestic and commercial. Below is a quick overview on our news from March and some of the work we’ve done.
We were delighted to have purchased two new vans for our fleet in March, and were excited to see the final designs on them thanks to RD Ultimate Grafix in Durham. Look out for them around the North East! Some of our new marketing materials
As well as our new vans, we were pleased to see our new business cards and flyers arrive too. Both our flyers and business cards were designed in-house, and we had our business cards printed on a durable plastic, again by RD Ultimate Grafix, and we’re really pleased with the final products!
The Fighting Cocks Pub, Durham
Based on South Street in Durham City Centre, the Fighting Cocks is a well-known and loved traditional local pub.
We were asked to update some of their internal lighting so we fitted low energy lighting which in turn, should give energy savings of 60% compared to their previous lighting. In their main areas, the energy lights we fitted were both LED and dimmable, allowing them to set different mood effects at different times of the day. Within their restrooms, we also replaced the existing lighting, converting it to low energy and LED.
Campanile Hotel, Washington
Campanile Hotel, located in Washington and just 5km from Newcastle City Centre, got in touch about their security and updating some of their guest safety measures. We worked with them and fitted a brand new door entry system for their guest entrance, improving the hotel security and allowing only guests to enter with the secure code.

Outdoor Lighting, Potters Bank Durham
A customer contacted us wanting to update and improve their outdoor lighting around their home. We discussed options with them, and fitted brand new lighting installations around the home, both fitted lamps in the paving and spotlights in some of their decking. All of the lighting was energy efficient and LED and gave a really nice warm glow to the driveway once finished.
